Nathan Miller is a writer and teacher of high school English and theatre in the southern Twin Cities area, where he lives with his wife and two young children. His current work focuses on nonfiction, including the narrative Teaching in Circles (Kaplan 2008), which explores his ambivalent relationship with teaching high school students.  Other recent work includes serving on the editorial board of Water~Stone Review, where he published an interview with Newbery-Award winning author Kate DiCamillo.  An MFA graduate of Hamline University, Nathan now spends much of his time fixing leaky sinks around the house and trying to catch up on the movies he wanted to see five years ago.
